Born in Cloquet, Minnesota, Rebecca Renae Hammond is a singer, songwriter, and music artist who currently resides in Minneapolis. She studied voice and piano from an early age and was writing music by the age of 6. In 2018, Hammond graduated from North Central University with a Recording Artist BA—a music performance major with a focus on studio work, composition, and recording. She was also recognized as the Honorary Music Student of the 2018 class.

In December of 2018, Rebecca released her first original project, If You Were Mine. The five-track EP is influenced by jazz and R&B and presents sad but soulful melodies over organic instrumental beds. She is excited to partner with Bravura as a vocal, piano, and songwriting instructor while she continues her work as a performing artist.
