Louie has been playing guitar since he was five years old and his passion for it has only grown since. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Louie studied guitar at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, where he became proficient at blues, rock, and jazz guitar. While in the programs, Louie won a Downbeat Magazine Jazz award. Louie is now currently studying at North Central University to become a Music Pastor and is on the school's touring team, Worship Live. In addition, Louie serves at Liberty Church and gigs around the Twin Cities in several jazz groups.

Louie’s main priority when taking on a student is to inspire them and show them how fun learning an instrument can be. In addition, Louie wants to show students some of the possibilities and opportunities that come from playing an instrument. From his experience in private and group teaching, Louie knows how to make learning music interesting. Not only will students gain a comprehensive knowledge of music, but they will gain the tools for focused development in any setting.
